Holly Hoban is an Energy Analyst at Regen and is coordinating their engagement with the SSEP. She sits on both the Expert Advisory Group and Industry Working Group, and has worked alongside other industry bodies to call for greater transparency of the assumptions and data underpinning the SSEP. To support wider industry engagement, she has published insight pieces on the SSEP's progress and implications for developers, including the impact it may have on future grid connection offers.

Alongside engaging with the SSEP, Holly has recently led a programme of work for the UK Government to deliver guidance and training for local planning authorities in England on assessing renewable and clean energy applications. Drawing on her background in environmental science, she has also helped develop Regen’s work on the overlap between the energy transition and land use, biodiversity and the environment.
