Becky Fowell is a Project Manager at Regen, working at the intersection of electricity networks, energy markets and renewable energy development. Her work supports developers, network operators, policymakers and public sector organisations in navigating the challenges of delivering a decarbonised energy system.

Her experience spans network planning, battery storage, offshore wind, repowering and electricity market reform, providing a broad perspective on the technical, commercial and policy barriers facing energy projects. Becky has led strategic projects on future electricity demand and network investment requirements, including work for SSEN examining future load growth across Scotland's island networks. She has also supported devolved governments in analysing energy generation and consumption and has worked with industry and network stakeholders to maximise the value of renewable energy and flexibility assets. 

Drawing on experience across generation, storage, networks and policy, Becky brings a whole-system perspective to the opportunities and challenges of delivering and connecting energy infrastructure in Great Britain.
